Digital sovereignty

Your digital vault. Only you hold the key.

Documents, memories, access, digital savings: lock away what matters and decide who receives it, and when. The key is yours alone: we don't have it either.

The problem

Everything you own online has an owner. And it isn't you.

Your cloud

Your photos and documents live on a company's servers. The account can be suspended with an automated email.

A major cloud provider suspended the account of an international organization overnight. No warning, no appeal.

Your bank account

Your savings sit in a system that can freeze, limit or block them. The key is not yours.

An account can be frozen by an automated check. From that moment, someone else decides.

Your accounts

Email, subscriptions, digital services: all revocable, silently, without appeal.

A digital service people had already paid for was switched off in entire countries overnight. Its users were locked out.

It has already happened. It happens every day.

Try it yourself

The solution

Trustless: trust not required.

Trustless doesn't mean "without trust". It means trust is not necessary: your digital vault is protected by mathematical rules that no one can rewrite — not us, not anyone.

Everything you put inside is sealed with a digital lock, and only you hold the key. Your files live in a distributed archive, replicated across multiple independent nodes in different countries — not on a single server that can be switched off.

Your instructions execute to the letter, automatically. There is no central point that, if breached, compromises everything: that is the difference from every system with an owner.

We do not have your key. We cannot hand over what we do not hold.

Why we can say this
  • The lock opens only with your key: we never see it, never store it, and cannot reconstruct it.
  • The published contract contains no function that lets us take the contents of a vault. Anyone can verify it.
  • Your assets stay in your wallet: the vault holds the rules, not the goods.

Blockchain in 20 seconds

A public ledger written in permanent ink Thousands of identical copies worldwide No owner, no central switch

Blockchain is the technology. Bitcoin is just one thing built on top of it — the way email is one thing built on the internet. We use the technology; we are not selling you the coin.

What goes inside

Everything that matters, under your key.

Documents & files

Contracts, wills, ID copies, important papers. Sealed with your digital lock, in an archive no company can delete.

Family memories

Photos, videos, letters, your story. Safe from locked accounts, closed clouds and expired subscriptions — forever.

Access & passwords

Credentials and codes, delivered only to the people you choose — only when you decide.

Digital savings

Bitcoin, Ethereum and other cryptocurrencies too, if you have them: they stay in your wallet, the vault holds the rules that protect and pass them on.

Your instructions

"Give this to my daughter in two years." "Unlock access if I go silent for six months." Your rules, written permanently.

And when you are gone?

The vault executes your instructions: it delivers what you decided to the people you chose. Not sooner, not differently, and without waiting for ordinary procedures. Your country’s inheritance rules still apply: the vault works alongside them, it does not replace them.

How it works

Four steps. No jargon.

01

Create

Open your vault in two minutes. No technical skills required.

02

Fill

Add documents, memories, access. And the rules for your digital savings, if you have any: those stay in your wallet. Everything sealed with your digital lock — the key stays with you.

03

Decide

Write the rules: who receives what, under which conditions, when. You can change them as long as you hold the key.

04

Live

Confirm you are active when needed. The vault obeys only your rules — forever.

What we are not

Before asking for your trust, here is exactly what we do not do.

  • Not an investment

No promised returns. We protect what you already own; we do not grow money.

  • Not a trading service

We do not manage your money and we do not give financial advice.

  • Not a custodian

Your keys never pass through us. We cannot touch your assets — that is the whole point.

  • Not an exchange

We do not buy or sell cryptocurrency.

Who it is for

If you own something that must depend on no one.

People who live online

Photos, documents, credentials. You want them safe from blocks, shutdowns and deletions.

People who think ahead

You have seen locked accounts and lost memories. You want to make sure it never happens to your family.

Business owners

Access and continuity: if tomorrow you cannot log in, your business does not stop with you.

Crypto owners

You want it to stay yours and reach the people you love if something happens — without exposing your wallet while you are alive.

Subscription

0,99 USDT

per month

  • 1 digital vault
  • Unlimited beneficiaries
  • Rules on a public blockchain
  • WebApp dashboard
Create your vault

Beta test price: the final model is still being defined and will change. Cancel anytime — the vault stays yours.

USDT is a digital dollar: 1 USDT is 1 dollar, today and a year from now.

Why we charge this way
  • Your subscription is paid in USDT on the Polygon network. USDT does not swing like Bitcoin: it is pegged to the dollar.
  • We do it for consistency. If your subscription ran through a banking network, your vault would have a switch too. The payment follows the same rule as everything else here: no middleman who can say no.
  • The first time takes a few extra steps. We will walk you through it — write to us and we will do it together.

Where we are

Bits Legacy is in a testing phase. We would rather tell you where we stand than promise a finished result.

  1. Today

    Testing phase

The contract is under test. We keep an administrative key to fix errors and halt everything in case of attack. We cannot access your data or your funds: that never changes, in any phase.

  2. Next step

    Shared control

The key moves to a multi-signature wallet with a mandatory delay: no instant changes, every action visible in advance on the blockchain.

  3. Goal

    Community governance

Decisions on the contract move to a DAO and upgradeability is frozen. From that moment, not even we will be able to change the rules.

Questions

The honest answers, first.

What if Bits Legacy shuts down?

An honest answer, because we are in a testing phase. Your keys never pass through us and your assets stay in your wallet: that does not depend on our existence, and never changes. The rules live on a public blockchain. Today, however, we still hold an administrative key on the contract, so during this phase service continuity does depend on us. That is exactly the control we are working to give up: see "Where we are".

Can you see my data?

No. Everything is sealed with a digital lock whose keys never pass through us. We cannot see your data, nor hand it to anyone: we do not have it.

Do I need to buy cryptocurrency to subscribe?

Yes, and here is exactly what that means. The subscription is paid in USDT, a digital dollar: 1 USDT is 1 dollar, not a bet on price. The first time takes a few extra steps compared to a card; after that it is one click. We neither buy nor sell crypto for you and we never touch your funds: you pay straight from your wallet. If this is your first time, write to support@bitslegacy.com and we will do it together.

What if I lose my key?

The most serious question, and you deserve an honest answer: freedom comes with responsibility. We guide you step by step in keeping your key safe, and the instructions you set for your beneficiaries remain your parachute. But no one can "reset your password from above" — that is exactly what makes the vault truly yours.

Do I need to understand blockchain to use it?

No. We handle the technical part; you only decide who receives what, and when. If you can use a banking app, you can use Bits Legacy.

What is a blockchain, in plain words?

A public ledger written in permanent ink, copied identically across thousands of computers worldwide. No one owns it, no one can edit it or switch it off. That is why rules written there always execute exactly as you set them.

What can I actually put inside?

Files: documents and contracts, photos, videos and audio recordings, letters and private notes. Plus the access credentials to your accounts, and the instructions about who receives what. Cryptocurrency does not go into the vault: it stays in your wallet, and what the vault holds are the rules that protect and pass it on.

How do the people I choose receive access?

When the conditions you set occur — for example, if you do not confirm you are active for the period you chose — the vault unlocks access for your beneficiaries, automatically, without waiting for ordinary procedures. Your country’s inheritance rules continue to apply.

Is it legal in my country?

Bits Legacy is a protection tool, not a regulated financial service: being non-custodial, we never hold your assets. The company is KFS Management Consultancies LLC, Dubai. Inheritance rules vary by country and still apply: we recommend consulting a local legal advisor — and we can support you with that too.
